  • How can I find out about offers and promotions?
    If you subscribe to our newsletter, we can keep you informed of offers, promotions and new products. All you need to do is sign-up to our newsletter with your email address and you won't miss out.
  • Where can I purchase your products?
    You can either purchase them online or come along and visit our gift shop in East Lulworth.
  • What is your delivery policy?
    We process online orders without delay, so you can expect to receive your items purchased within 1-3 days (UK only).
  • What are your standard shipping details?
    We use Royal Mail for items up to the weight of 2kg. Between 2kg and 5kg, we use Parcelforce. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically based upon the total weight of your items.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    International delivery can be arranged at our discretion and within reason. Please telephone or email your request to us and we liaise with you to arrange a suitable delivery, subject to the item type.
  • My item is wrong or faulty
    Please refer to our 'Shipping & Returns' policy for further information.
  • I haven't received my order?
    We are so sorry to hear you haven't received your order as expected. Please call or email us and we will be happy to resolve this for you without further delay.
  • I need to change/cancel my order
    If you need to amend an order you have placed, or cancel it, please contact us immediately either by phone or email and we will do our very best to assist you.
  • Will I get an email confirmation for my order?
    Yes, we will automatically email you to confirm your order and we'll also let you know the moment it has been processed and sent out for delivery.
