SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are processed immediately from our store to delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your item, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect address entry.

All deliveries up to 2kg in weight are sent as small parcel, second class, non-tracked by Royal Mail. Purchases between 2kg - 5kg are sent by Parcelforce.
For large orders in excess of 5kg, please contact us in advance by telephone or email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As we promptly process all orders for delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone
on 01929 400637, to amend or cancel your order.

If your item received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us by telephone or email on immediate receipt.
If your item is damaged, please email us immediately, kindly including a picture of the damaged item and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you without delay.

Please note that returned item postage is not covered. Please return your items with a copy of your invoice, so that we may process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.
